Premiere Party Central offers a variety of event-related services. This page summarizes the most commonly requested services, and is not intended as a comprehensive listing of all that we do in support of our customers event needs and party wishes. Delivery
We are happy to deliver your rental items, subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
- "Standard" Delivery (and pick up) is available within a 150 mile radius of Austin. Customers may specify an AM or a PM delivery / pick up during PPC work hours, 9:00 to 12:00 (AM) or 1:00 – 5:00 (PM), Monday through Friday and between 9:00 and 5:00 Saturday.
- "Time Specific" delivery (and pick up) is available within a 150 mile radius of Austin. Time specific deliveries / pick ups are made within a 1-hour window (not more than 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after the scheduled hour). Time Specific charges apply.
- "Non-Standard" delivery is available within a 150 mile radius of Austin. Non-standard deliveries / pick ups are performed outside of PPC’s work hours (as defined in the "standard" delivery section above).
Sunday delivery and or pickups and services provided on Company Holidays are subject to an additional surcharge. WAIT TIME, if required of PPC Delivery or Pick Up Staff, will be charged at $35 per staff member per hour (with a 30 minute minimum per event).
Delivery is TO THE DOOR only (AND DOES NOT INCLUDE SET UP). Additional charges apply for stairs, steep embankments, distances of more than 50’ (from the door to the event location) and other hazardous / difficult delivery conditions.
Delivery charges are determined by time and distance, and are subject to change without notice. The following guide may be used as a "general rule".

Set-up Fees
We are happy to assist in executing your event by setting up your rented items, including tables and chairs. All PPC tenting, dance floors and staging are quoted / charged WITH INSTALLATION / SET UP included. Set Up prices reflected below are Per Item Charges.

Set Up / Strike Charges (NOTE: A 50% Strike Charge Shall be imposed for Failure to Properly Prepare Rental Items for PPC Staff Retrieval (that is to restore all APC rentals to their “as delivered” condition). Additional Charges will apply for Moving Set-Up items Installed per an On-Site Representatives Instructions or Approved CAD Diagram. |

Additional Services
PPC Event Consulting Staff are always available to serve as a sounding board, make suggestions and recommendations, and to prepare a CAD layout of your event. We will gladly arrange additional event support services, including Bar Tending, Wait Staff, On-Site Event Management, Event Décor and Kitchen (scraping / rinsing and recrating dishware, glassware and flatware) help. Prices are Quoted upon Request.
